Consultation, Treatment & Nutritional Support

Your initial consultation and colonic hydrotherapy treatment will last approximately 75 minutes, allowing plenty of time for a relaxed discussion as well as your treatment.

As part of your first visit, I’ll take a confidential medical history and review your current health to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. There are some contraindications to colonic hydrotherapy, so your wellbeing and safety are always my priority. I will continue to assess suitability at each session to ensure treatment remains appropriate.

Nutritional Guidance

I hold a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition (DNNP), which allows me to offer gentle, guided nutritional advice alongside your treatment if you would find that helpful.

This treatment includes your full colonic hydrotherapy session, along with the option to add a carefully selected enema to complement your treatment. You’ll receive the same thorough consultation, professional care, and personalised approach as a standard colonic session, with additional supportive options tailored to your needs.

I use organic green roasted Robusta coffee, selected for quality and suitability. This option is often chosen by clients looking for additional digestive support as part of their treatment.

Bespoke Herbal Enema

I keep a range of freshly dried organic herbs, allowing me to create a blend suited to your individual digestive needs.

This may include:

• Calming blends often chosen by clients with sensitive or IBS-type symptoms

• Gently stimulating blends for those experiencing sluggish digestion or constipation
