Janie E Eastoe DNNP MACH RT

I took a career change  after the birth of my two children and studied Naturopathic Nutrition at CNN (College of Naturopathic Nutrition).  I continued my studies after my diploma at the NCCH (National College of Colon Hydrotherapy) and began my practice at Naturality Wellness Centre in 2008.

My skill lies in adapting treatments and recommendations to the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Some need emergency assistance while others need a more gentle, long-term approach with nutritional adjustment.

I use herbs, massage, nutritional advice and supplementation along with the colonics if these things will add extra benefit to the treatment.  Each treatment is adapted to the individual patient depending on what symptoms they are presenting with and what their outcome needs are.

I continue my professional development with my associated body ARCH and have my premises inspected annually.  I am fully insured, registered and ready to help you on your journey to great health.

Benefits of Colonic Hydrotherapy

Waste material can build up in our colon and the muscular action of the colon can be diminished resulting in constipation and inadequate bowel movements.

Whilst our body is very well adapted and able to deal with the consequences of our modern lifestyle, sometimes the delicate balance can be affected by diet, stress and health. This doesn't just apply to our colon and we are not suggesting that a colonic is the answer to all health issues.

We always encourage a healthy balanced diet along with rest and exercise as the basis towards good health.
It is a fact however, that many people suffer with bowel problems and there are many drugs that are regularly used to treat symptoms of bowel problems.

Colonic Hydrotherapy is an effective way of removing waste matter by using the gentle introduction of water into the bowel which stimulates the muscle to contract thus emptying itself.
