Remember this is just a guide, sometimes my clients habits are so out of kilter the first step to change was booking a colonic appointment. I will happily guide you through some achievable and gentle changes as you begin to journey your way back to great health.
To maximise your cleanse I suggest to start 3 days before your appointment to
💧 reduce your caffeine intake.
💦 increase your water consumption
💧 reduce processed foods - start with cakes, pastries , vegetarian alternatives, pre packaged cooked meats and microwave meals.
💦 start to include more oats, vegetables , beans pulses , fresh meats to cook at home, homemade soups and broths.
On the day of your appointment:
💦 Morning appointments. Have some water on the day of your session but no food prior. Plan for after your session to have a raw vegetable juice and pop a banana and or a few Brazil nuts to have ready to munch on whilst you get back to home / work.
💧 Afternoon appointments. Consume up to 2- 3 16oz raw juices prior to your session.
💦 Regardless of what time your appointment is, stop drinking any liquids about 1.5 hours prior to treatment and stop eating at least 3 hours prior.
