The Initial consultation and treatment will last for approximately 75 minutes.
 

This includes a checking your current medical health.  There are some contraindications to treatment, at each session, I will asses if you are suitable for treatment.

I am DNNP qualified to assist you with your health goals.  If you do need some guidance I will be able to assist and help maximise your treatment by giving you nutritional advice and inspiration to make those changes too.

I keep in stock a range of freshly dried organic herbs to create a blend to suit a wide range bowel types.  A calming blend for IBS types or a gently stimulating blend for more constipated bowel types.
